Orders shall indicate product type, quantity, full delivery address, contact information & preferred date of delivery.
Orders are accepted anytime, however, to ensure rapid delivery and to avoid potential delays; we only ship out products at the beginning of each week.
An order confirmation will be sent via the email provided at time of order.
Transport
We will do everything we can to ensure that your chocolate arrives in the same immaculate condition it was in when it left our store. When shipping during summer months the pralines will be shipped with thermal packaging.
